Samsung Loyalty Program

 

Samsung needed a way to promote the NFC (Near-field Communication) sharing feature of their new Galaxy smartphones. So we created one by rewarding Galaxy owners with a new mobile experience that revolutionized out-of-home advertising. First, we brought posters to life by embedding them with NFC chip technology. Then we installed them at Coachella, SXSW, the NBA All Star Game, and other key markets around the country. When Samsung Galaxy owners held their phones to the posters, they were instantly rewarded with access to VIP clubs, seat upgrades, free drinks and other exclusive entertainment perks. These weren’t just posters. They became an entirely new content distribution service for mobile devices on the go.
